Unique Retreat Experience

From sunrises to sunsets we will be completely immersed in the amazing Sedona vibe.

Your Life to the Fullest Retreat features five nights accommodations at the iconic Sedona Domes, dining at award winning local restaurants, movement, meditation, exploration, adventure, relaxation, and personal growth. Need I say more?

ONLY FIVE BEDS, don’t hesitate!

The Magic of Sedona

Nestled in the northern region of Arizona, is the city of Sedona, surrounded by sandstone cliffs, healing red clay rocks, and vortex sites.

So, what is a vortex? A vortex is thought to be a swirling center of high energy flow that is conducive to healing, meditation and self-exploration. Many people feel inspired, recharged or uplifted after visiting a vortex.

There are seven major vortex sites around the world, Sedona being one of them. The Native American tribes viewed Sedona as the birthplace of their spirituality and the vortexes as the primary land where they performed special spiritual ceremonies that deepened the connection between themselves and the divine.

To me, Sedona’s energy feels lovingly transformative.

It is believed that the spiraling energy of Sedona’s vortex is so powerful that will cause the juniper trees near it to twist as they grow.

The Sedona Domes

On the edge of Sedona, Arizona, greeting travelers driving the Red Rock Scenic Byway, are the Sedona Domes, created originally as “Xanadu of Sedona” in the early 90s. Sedona Domes is a well-known, rambling home composed of ten monolithic domes. We will be staying in the largest of the two domes, totaling over 2,000 sqft! Amongst several hundred five star reviews, it’s been repetitively mentioned that the acoustics alone are worth the stay at the domes, just imagine how amazing our Friday morning sound bath will be! The current home owners, Laura Lee and Paul are also praised endlessly and I personally cannot wait to meet them.

More About Your Stay at The Sedona Domes

Five nights *shared* accommodations.

The guest domes features a bedroom with two queen beds and a loft area with three additional beds. Although this is shared sleeping space, the domes are large and airy with plenty opportunity for alone time. You will also have access to two full bathrooms, a kitchenette, dining area, a sunken living room, an outdoor patio area, and the Domes Labyrinth lovingly dubbed “DomeHenge”.

  • Sunset Hike at Airport Mesa Vortex ~ 1.4 miles ~ 250 FT Gain ~ Easy/ Moderate Difficulty - Overlooking Sedona, Airport Mesa is known as one of the most beautiful places in Sedona to watch the sunset.

  • FULL MOON Night Hike- This private and professionally guided night hiking adventure is sure to be one of the major highlights of this trip. This three hour Moonlight Hike, will allow you to reach unique elevated views to observe the starriest skies and the 2025 Hunter’s Moon. Our guides will supply all sorts of lighting and night vision to make this Red Rock Country full moon hike absolutely incredible.

  • Little Horse Trail to Chicken Point Guided Painting Adventure ~ 4.2 Miles ~ 351 FT Gain ~ Easy / Moderate Difficulty - We will set out on this hike armed with a mini paint brush, sketchbook and watercolors. I will guide you on a creative journey of expression and mindfulness that will will result in a very personal and meaningfully illustrated book of Sedona.

  • Sunset walk to Yavapai Vista - Experience another beautiful Sedona sunset from this amazing vantage point.

  • Sunrise Hike to Devil’s Bridge ~ 4.6 Miles ~ 500 FT Gain ~ Moderate Difficulty- Saved the most challenging and rewarding hike for last! There are a few sections that seem like more of a climb than a hike, particularly the final approach to Devil's Bridge. The final leg involves a narrow rock “bridge” the reward is extraordinary! The next image depicts devils bridge on the bottom right. I cannot wait to do this hike again with all of you!

  • Pink Jeep Scenic Rim Tour - Yes, we will be off-road in a pink Jeep! Seems silly I know, but people LOVE these tours and since we are living to the fullest…..WHY NOT!

Ready to step outside your comfort zone and make some incredible memories?

Relaxation, Restoration & Release

The energy of the full moon dancing with Sedona’s vortex energy sets the stage for powerful transformation. I have planned some very gentle practices and will lovingly guide and support you along the way.

  • Morning Movement & Meditation- I will be leading a gentle stretch and meditation to increase energy and prepare the body & mind for the amazing day ahead.

  • Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep- The goal of Yoga Nidra is to achieve a state of relaxation while remaining aware of one's surroundings. I will guide you into this deep state of relaxation after our very busy first full day in Sedona.

  • Progressive Relaxation- This is a form of meditation that is also a perfect lead into a wonderful night’s rest. I will guide you into a state of total body relaxation with a series of cues to flex and release. I love this practice and I am confident that you will as well.

  • Guided Journal Sessions- Prompted journaling is a great way to release any stagnant energy and create exciting possibility. Coupled with the energy of the full moon, these sessions are sure to leave you feeling lighter and motivated.

  • Visiting the Amitabah Stupa (peace park). The peace park is a beautiful outdoor venue and a spiritual destination for prayer, meditation, and the experience of peace in a sacred place. It was conceived of and built for people of all faiths.

  • Sip & Chat- You will have the opportunity to enjoy ceremonial grade cacao as we discuss “The art of letting go”. The full moon encourages release, but how to we harness this energy and actually let go of whatever it is that holds us back from living life to the fullest? I cant wait to share with you what I have learned.

  • Sound Bath- We will be celebrating our grand adventure with a beautiful sound bath circle.
