The Courage program is a eight week empowerment series. Throughout the 56 days you will be guided, encouraged, and mentored as you embark on your journey of energetic healing towards a more disciplined, mindful, peaceful, and joyful life. Are you ready for big positive changes?

Courageous living prioritizes awareness. Awareness of our energy and the ripple effect that we create with every single thought, action and reaction. To be fully aware, to heal from our past, and to consistently live in the moment and make choices that nourish our mind, body, and soul takes practice and commitment. This can be difficult in the beginning and that’s why I’m here to help!

The Courage program is a compilation of everything I’ve learned through my experiences, meditations, yoga practice, studies and mentors, as well as hosting magical retreats and a variety of other empowerment workshops. I am confident in the potency of this guided pathway to a mindful life. I have witnessed the results and have seen students make big life changes and flourish!

What to Expect!

Over the course of eight weeks, we will explore seven mindfulness topics by taking an amazing journey through the Chakra energy system.  Each week holds a key to deeper connection and freedom from anything that is holding you back from fully embodying the best version of you. Live your best life!

Choose to join us in studio, or sign up for our online classes. LIVE classes are held on Sundays at Kelpytown Kove in Port Leyden, NY. Live ONLINE classes are also held on Sundays over Zoom. Both offer you an informative & invigorating mini 2 hr “retreat”.  You will look forward to our Sunday gatherings, I promise!

Class will start with a guided energy center exploration and opportunity to share your experience with the group. We then discuss the power of that particular energy center (Chakra) and how to address any past trauma that may be stored there and keep that center balanced and free as we move forward. Class concludes with a beautiful on theme meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed & ready for the week ahead.

You will receive our custom Courage journal. The is a commitment of around 10-15 minutes a day through the 56 days. No worries if writing is not your thing, this book is designed to inspire and guide you along each step of the way!

Weekly challenges will be shared and encouraged. The challenges are related to the weeks topic and completely do-able no matter your lifestyle!

You will be welcomed into the Courage face book community. This is a safe space for continued encouragement, expression, inspiration, additional information, and answers to any questions you may have along the way.

At the end of the 8 weeks you will have courage to live your best life and a deeper overall mindfulness that will aid you in keeping your cup full and your body healthy.

What is expected of me?

This is a judgement free zone, come as you are. Simply make the effort to show up once a week.  Show up grumpy, sad, happy, energetic, stressed, zapped, doesn’t matter -just. tune. in.

This is your journey! The more you surrender to the process and do the work, the more you will benefit from it. The Courage journal takes around 10-15 minutes a day to complete. Classes on Sundays are two hours. A weekly challenge will be announced, this will not require much off your time, just your awareness :)

Do I need yoga or meditation experience prior to this course?

No! This course is designed for beginners, practitioners and everyone in between. Yoga is for every-body.  Meditation is an instinct that we all harbor. 

What are the seven topics?

Each of the eight topics are based on the chakra energy system. Through mindfulness and meditation, together we will embark on a life enchancing healing journey.

What if I miss a class?

To get the most out of the course, it is highly recommended that you attend all 8 LIVE classes. However, we understand that things come up. Should you have a scheduling conflict, you will have the option to make up class 1:1 (max two makeup sessions per student).  If you have chose in studio classes and winter bring days that it is not safe to travel the roads, the week’s session will be streamed live, or rescheduled. You will be notified in advance.

What tools or materials do I need?

In Studio-

On Sundays please bring water. You will also need access to Facebook and Zoom, a pen that you enjoy writing with, an open mind, and a desire to feel more at peace.
